I feel like drowning in the ocean
of facts
Until I find a new foothold
Or learn to swim.
I was engulfed with a crowd of
difficult emotional conflicts
When I was troubled with a sea of
trouble
As the full moon smiles on the
world below.
I was plunged into the sea of ideas
Where I must begin to think for
myself
And explore the realm of the
conceivable.
I took rational decisions
About significant issues
Which now develop my mental muscles
To open new vistas.
